ONE-WIRE ENGINE OIL HOSE

This single-wire, braided, non-skive hydraulic hose is designed for high-pressure applications. Its outer cover enhances abrasion resistance and meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R1 and EN853 standards.

Inner Tube: Nitrile rubber (NBR II)

Reinforcement: One braid of high-tensile steel wire

Outer Cover: Oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, black, MSHA compliant

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Synthetic rubber (NBR I)

Reinforcement: One braid of high-tensile steel wire

Outer Cover: Oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, black, MSHA-compliant smooth cover - ¼” to 1” | Wrapped Cover - 1 ¼ to 2”

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R1 and EN853

Approvals: MSHA, LR, KR, ABS

Temperature Range: -40°C - 121°C

Hose Tails: K series, D series with D1 Shells
