SAE100R12 Standard Hose

FOUR-WIRE COMPACT MULTISPIRAL HOSE

This four-wire spiral, non-skive hydraulic hose is designed for very high-pressure applications and offers a higher degree of flexibility compared to conventional spiral hose. Its flame-resistant cover enhances heat and abrasion resistance and meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R12 standards.

APPLICATION

High-pressure applications where a high degree of flexibility is required. Suitable for the passage of mineral and vegetable oils, water-based solutions, water, air and inert gases.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Four spirals of high-tensile steel separated by synthetic rubber layers

Outer Cover: Oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, black, MSHA compliant

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R12 and EN856

Approvals: DNV, MSHA, ABS

Temperature Range: -40°C - 121°C
