TX2 Extreme Condition Hose

COMPACT TWO-WIRE EXTREME CONDITION HOSE

This double-wire, non-skive, compact hydraulic hose is designed for extreme conditions. Featuring an ultra-durable cover that exceeds the industry standard tenfold, 2000-hour ozone resistance, and a bend-radius that outperforms most, this hose is guaranteed to endure even the harshest industrial, environmental and climatic conditions in Australia.

Performance tested to 200,000 cycles at 133% of its working pressure.

APPLICATION

Ideal for hydraulic systems serviced with petroleum and water-based fluids.

Air Applications: For air and inert gas applications, the cover should be pinpricked.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Two braids of high-tensile steel wire

Outer Cover: Oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, black, MSHA compliant, 2000hr Ozone resistance

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE 100R16-S, SAE J517 100R16, DIN EN 857 2SC and SAE J517 100R19 (-04 to -12)

Approvals: MSHA, ISO 6805 (-08 to -16)

Temperature Range: -40°C - 100°C

Hose Tails: K series
