HIGH PRESSURE TWO-WIRE BRAIDED HOSE

This double-wire, braided, non-skive hydraulic hose is designed for high-pressure applications. Its wrapped cover enhances abrasion resistance and meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R19 standards.

 

Technical Details

 

APPLICATION

High-pressure hydraulic applications. Suitable for the passage of mineral and vegetable oils, water-based solutions and inert gases.

Air Applications: For air and inert gas applications, the cover should be pinpricked.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Two braids of high-tensile steel wire separated by a synthetic rubber layer

Outer Cover: Oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, black, MSHA compliant

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R19

Approvals: MSHA, DNV

Temperature Range: -40°C - 100°C (125°C discontinuous)

Hose Tails: K series
