SAE100R16 Compact Twin-Line Hose

COMPACT TWO-WIRE TWIN-LINE HOSE

This double-wire, non-skive, braided hydraulic hose is designed for medium-pressure applications. Its smooth cover enhances abrasion resistance and meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R16 standards.

Also available in a single line variant (SAE100R16).

Technical Details

 

APPLICATION

Ideal for hydraulic systems serviced with petroleum and water-based fluids.

Air Applications: For air and inert gas applications, the cover should be pinpricked.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Two braids of high-tensile steel wire

Outer Cover: Oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, black, MSHA compliant

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R16

Approvals: MSHA, LR

Temperature Range: -40°C - 120°C (135°C Discontinuous)

Hose Tails: K series
