SAE100R12 Superflex Hose

PREMIUM REDUCED BEND RADIUS HOSE

This four-wire spiral, non-skive hydraulic hose is designed for very high-pressure applications and offers a higher degree of flexibility compared to conventional spiral hose. Its flame-resistant cover enhances heat and abrasion resistance, offers 720 hours of ozone resistance, and meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R12 and EN 856 standards. Tested over 1,000,000 impulse cycles at 133% of working pressure.

APPLICATION

Very high-pressure applications where a high degree of flexibility is required. Suitable for the passage of mineral and vegetable oils, water-based solutions, water, air and inert gases.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Four spirals of high-tensile

steel separated by synthetic rubber layers

Outer Cover: Oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, black, MSHA compliant

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R12 and EN 856

Approvals: 3/4” & 1” - DNV, MSHA, BV | 1 1/4” & 1 1/2” - DNV, MSHA, MED, ABS

Temperature Range: -40°C - 121°C (intermittent to 125°C)
