SAE100R18 Thermoplastic Twin Line Hose

LOW TEMPERATURE TWIN-LINE THERMOPLASTIC HOSE

This twin-line, thermoplastic hydraulic hose is designed for medium-pressure applications. Its optimum bonding characteristics and special polyester cover make it ideal for equipment operating in cold environments. Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R18 and ISO 3949-R18 standards.

 

Technical Details

 

APPLICATION

Medium-pressure systems that use petroleum or synthetic-based hydraulic fluids. Suitable for all industrial and agricultural applications exposed to low temperatures or cyclic and quick temperature changes.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Polyester elastomer

Reinforcement: One or two braids of synthetic fibre

Outer Cover: Special polyester, pinpricked, black

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R18 and ISO 3949-R18

Temperature Range: -55°C - 100 °C. Limited to 70°C for air and water-based fluids

Hose Tails: J Series
