TX4000 Extreme Condition Hose

FOUR-WIRE COMPACT EXTREME CONDITION HOSE

This highly flexible, multispiral, compact hydraulic hose is designed for extreme conditions. Featuring an ultra-durable cover that exceeds the industry standard, excellent ozone resistance, and a bend-radius that outperforms most, this hose is guaranteed to endure even the harshest industrial, environmental and climatic conditions in Australia.

Performance tested to 500,000 cycles at 133% of its working pressure.

 

Technical Details

 

APPLICATION

High-pressure applications where a high degree of flexibility is required. Suitable for the passage of mineral and vegetable oils, water-based solutions, water, air and inert gases.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Four spirals of high-tensile steel separated by synthetic rubber layers

Outer Cover: Oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, black, MSHA compliant, improved Ozone resistance

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R12 and EN856 R12

Approvals: DNV, MSHA, ABS, MED

Temperature Range: -40°C - 121°C

Hose Tails: L series
