SAE100R15 6000PSI Very High Pressure Hose

VERY HIGH PRESSURE MULTISPIRAL HOSE

This spiral, non-skive hydraulic hose is designed for extremely high-pressure applications. Its synthetic rubber cover enhances abrasion resistance and meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R15 standards.

Tested over 1,000,000 impulse cycles at 133% of working pressure from -06 to -12, and 120% of working pressure from -16 to -32.

Technical Details

 

APPLICATION

Extremely high-pressure applications that require a higher degree of flexibility compared to conventional spiral hose. Suitable for the passage of mineral and vegetable oils, water-based solutions, water, air and inert gases.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Four* or six** plies of spirally-wrapped, high-tensile wire separated by synthetic rubber layers

Outer Cover: Oil, weather, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, black, MSHA compliant

*Four plies: -06 to -16 | **Six plies: -20 to -32

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R15

Approvals: 3/8” to 1 1/2” - DNV, MSHA, MED, ABS | 2” - MSHA

Temperature Range: -40°C - 121°C (intermittent to 125°C)

Hose Tails: L series (-06 and -08), N series (-10 to -32)
