NON-CONDUCTIVE TWIN-LINE THERMOPLASTIC HOSE

This twin-line thermoplastic hydraulic hose is designed for medium-pressure applications requiring non-conductivity. Its polyurethane cover enhances abrasion resistance and meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R7, ISO 3949-R7 and EN855 standards.

Also available in twin-line and conductive options.

 

Technical Details

 

APPLICATION

Medium-pressure systems that use petroleum, synthetic or water-based hydraulic fluids. Suitable for general fluid power transmissions, such as earthmoving and agricultural machinery, forklifts, and trucks. Also suitable for many industrial gases.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Inner Tube: Polyester elastomer

Reinforcement: One or two braids of synthetic fibre

Outer Cover: Polyurethane, not pinpricked, orange

 

SPECIFICATIONS

Standards: Meets or exceeds SAE J517 100R7 and EN855. Also meets SAE J517, J343, ISO 3949-R7 and EN855 for non-conductivity, where maximum electrical leakage shall not exceed 50A when a 152mm sample is subject to 37.5 kV for 5 minutes, equivalent to 250kV/metre

Vacuum Rating: 0.93bar, 700mm Hg (-13.5PSI: 27.5 inch Hg)

Temperature Range: -40°C - 100°C. Not to exceed 70°C for air and water-based fluids
